3. The Human touch.  We have had clients that attempted to save money by using voice recognition technology with some pretty interesting results, and have returned to us.  Since our transcription in done by people who can understand and use logic, we can offer 100% accurate results. 

 4. Trained, specialized staff.  Our staff is highly trained in specialties.  This ensures that the terminology that customers use is written accurately.  For example, our cardiology specialists transcribes the term "acute myocardial infarction" regularly, and knows what it means.    It never reads as "a cute my cardinal infraction" as untrained workers have been known to do.
