Every person who has the need for dictation has their own style. We understand that you are often dictating your notes during your busy day or after having already put in a full day of work. There are a variety of dictation methods and we want to make dictating as easy as possible.

Here are the most popular dictation methods you can choose:

Handheld Recorders
Digital or Tape Recorders. This method utilizes a handheld recorder which records onto a media source. The media source can be a Digital Medium, Micro, Mini or Standard Audio Tapes. Digital sources can be uploaded onto Transcription Plus, LLC easy-to-use/secure webserver [fastest method] or emailed [not secure method] for immediate transcription.Tapes can be sent to Transcription Plus, LLC for processing [logistically slow]. All transcribed media is returned as an electronic Microsoft Word Document.

1-800 Toll-free Dictation
If talking on the phone is your preferred method, then we have a solution for you. Our 1-800 toll-free dictation lines allow you to call from any telephone anywhere and anytime (24 hours a day/365 days). When you are done dictating, simply hang up the phone, and your files get securely transferred to our protected website server, ready for our highly skilled transcriptionist to transcribe your words.

Telephone Call Recording
Do you want to capture a telephone conversation? Capture those deadlines, or a telephone interview with no additional equipment required. All you need is an internet connection and any telephone or smartphone. Then your audio conversation is securely uploaded to Transcription Plus, LLC secure server. Ready for our staff to transcribe. Recording From Your Computer
Great for medical, legal and other professionals who need a powerful dictation application without tying up a telephone line or carrying around a digital voice recorder. No need for dedicated dictation stations, GearDictate lets you use existing PC's to dictate your notes. Then your digital files are ready to easily upload to our secure file server for transcribing. Recording With Handheld Apps For Mobile Devices

With any of these methods, the end result is an Electronic Document (letter, report, interview, etc.) which is stored on our secure FTP server. For our Medical clients, we can directly input into your EHR system.
