  5. Allow for reviews on social media - Your good reviews are better than paid advertising, as they are truthful testimony.  Received a bad review?  Have no fear - offer an apology and an immediate 'fix' to whatever went wrong.  Everyone understands that sometimes problems occur and, when you are forthright and ethical, respect will follow. Not only will that customer be satisfied, future patrons will know you are willing to go the distance to make everything right.
  6. Join the Better Business Bureau and other organizations - Accreditation shows that you are not a fly-by-night business and are here to stay.
